Client work / Implementation evidence

Afkar Furniture.
From product browsing to a structured sofa request.

A customer-facing furniture catalogue and guided configurator built by Vaultify for the Afkar furniture project in Taif, Saudi Arabia. This case study separates what the implementation demonstrates from outcomes that have not been independently verified.

01 / Project brief

What needed to be built

The engagement called for a clearer customer-facing route to discover furniture options, specify measurements and preferences, and prepare a structured enquiry. No claim is made that an earlier system suffered an outage, security issue, or measurable conversion loss: those conditions have not been substantiated.

02 / Delivered implementation
01 — Catalogue

Browse

Furniture categories and visual galleries, including sofa sets, L-shaped seating and individual pieces, with references for fabrics and finishes.

02 — Guided choices

Configure

A seven-step, browser-based request builder covering the model, measurements, fabric and finish preferences, customer details and review.

03 — Request preparation

Summarize

Generates a structured request summary with a local reference and saves in-progress selections in browser storage.

03 / Client-facing capability

What the new interface enables

Visitors can move from browsing examples to recording their chosen sofa configuration and preparing an enquiry in a single guided interface. This describes an implemented user capability, not a claim that real orders, payments, CRM records, or WhatsApp messages have been delivered.

04 / Verifiable evidence

Inspect the actual work

The commit identifiers refer to checked local Git history. If repository access is private, an external reviewer should assess the live demonstration rather than assume source access.

05 / Scope and limitations

Transparent, not inflated.

This is evidence of front-end production work and a guided product enquiry experience. It is not evidence of a client's Supabase row-level security remediation, backend audit, live WhatsApp delivery, transactions, conversion lift, or revenue. In the reviewed source, WhatsApp hand-off retains a placeholder destination and therefore should not be represented as a verified live submission channel. Project date and precise commercial outcomes are not attested here.
